Older parts of the Northeast MLS are excellent places to look for homes priced under $200,000. There are also high-end homes in University Park.

Canyon View, located south of Dublin Blvd. and northeast of Rangewood Drive, is a community of homes priced from $340,000 to $415,000, built mostly from 2000 to 2003, with 3800 to 4400 total square feet. For a slide show of Canyon View homes, click here.

Sundown, located east of Austin Bluffs Parkway between Dublin Blvd. and Templeton Gap Road, is a community of homes priced from $160,000 to $230,000, built from 1986 to 1999, with 1000 to 2800 square feet - typically 2000 square feet. For a slide show of Sundown homes, click here.

University Park, located north of Union Blvd. west of Academy Blvd., includes new exclusive hilltop areas as well as older, modestly-priced areas. The higher-end homes are priced from $350,000 to $1 million+, with most homes priced from $425,000 to the $700,000s, and are 3500 square feet and up in size. The older parts of University Park are at the base of the hilltop area near Austin Bluffs Parkway and Union Blvd., just east of UCCS, and are priced from $152,000 to $207,000, built in the early 1980s, with 1200 to 2300 square feet. Vista Grande, located on the east side of Academy Boulevard at Flintridge Drive, is an area of modest-sized homes built in the 1970's. Home prices range from $135,000 to $225,000.

Wagon Trails and Bridle Pass are newer communities located east of Austin Bluffs Parkway between Woodmen Road and Dublin Boulevard. Homes here are priced from $200,000 to $425,000, with most homes in the $200,000s and low $300,000s. These homes are built from 2000 to 2005, and range in size from 1800 to 4000 total square feet.
