Northgate Colorado Springs Area / Homes in the USAFA Area

Located directly east of the north gate to the Air Force Academy, this is a new and rapidly growing area with new homes, office and retail construction projects underway. The Rampart Range campus of Pikes Peak Community College is located in Northgate.

There is also the established and attractive Gleneagle development, which surrounds a golf course, and is located off Northgate Road at Struthers Road and Gleaneagle Road, stretching northwards to Baptist Road.
