Powers Area Guide (Peterson AFB Area)

One of the most vibrant and fastest growing areas in Colorado Springs, the Powers area offers exceptional values in recently built and new homes. Powers is often the first choice for families with young children.

The Powers Corridor, stretching along Powers Blvd. from Constitution to Woodmen Road, is being built out rapidly, with many new shopping centers. Powers Boulevard itself is being extended north and west towards I-25; it is fast becoming a principal artery for transportation around Colorado Springs. The Powers area is about 10 minutes from Peterson Air Force Base and 25 minutes from Schriever Air Force Base.
