The Southeast Colorado Springs MLS area is west of the Colorado Springs airport, and extends from Platte Ave. on the north to Drennan Road on the south. This area is also convenient to Fort Carson.

Many moderately-priced homes are available in this area. Better-known developments include Park Hill, Eastborough, Pikes Peak Park, Gateway Park, Soaring Eagles and Sand Creek.

Soaring Eagles is a vibrant development of brand new and recently built homes just west of Powers Boulevard and south of the Hancock Expressway. Soaring Eagles homes are priced from $175,000 to $275,000, with most homes priced under $225,000. These homes were built from 2001 through 2005, and vary in size from 1200 to 3500 total square feet. Sand Creek is a development located south of Airport Road between Murray Blvd. and Powers Boulevard. Sand Creek homes are priced from the $160,000s to the $220,000s, with most homes priced under $200,000. These homes were built from 1996 to 2000, and vary in size from 1300 to 2500 total square feet.

Most Southeast homes are located in District 2 schools. Some Southeast homes are in District 11 schools.
