Broadmoor Area Homes, Southwest Colorado Springs AreaThe Southwest Colorado Springs MLS area includes most of the area west of I-25 between downtown and Fort Carson. The Broadmoor area, located along Lake Avenue, is the most expensive residential community in Colorado Springs. Other recently built homes on hillside lots, with fine city views, are to be found in the Broadmoor Hills, and Skyway areas.
